I had gastric sleeve in 2018 and had an amazing experience. I was up and walking an hour after waking up from anesthesia. I had zero complications and I am super satisfied with the results. Dr Carlos Alberto and his team are top notch professionals. They treat you with the up most respect and care.
Everyone was very nice, very kind and helpful in asking if I was in any pain, great to check my vitals. Everything was very professional. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to have this surgery, it was a very clean hospital.
My experience throughout this whole process has been incredible. My coordinator has been communicative, detailed, and responsive both before and after my surgery (surgery April 2023). Regarding surgery itself, it was by far the best health care I've ever received. Everyone I met from the doctors, the nurses, and additional staff were incredibly friendly. Transportation to and from San Diego was explained clearly and was a very smooth process. Even 6 months post-op, I'm still able to meet virtually with my doctor for check-ins and am still in touch with my coordinator. If you are considering this company for your surgery, I highly suggest them!!!
My experience with Dr.Carlos Alberto and his Team was as I expected. Everyone was very nice and very caring. The Hospital Blue Medical Tower was more than I expected everything was nice and clean. The patients rooms are spacious and very clean. All the Doctors/Nurses Overall all the Team of My New Body Obesity Center are very nice, loving individuals. I recommend 100/100. Traveled from Washington DC to have a Mini Sleeve Procedure With Dr Alberto Carlos . I am one week post op and I wanted to share my experience . I had my operation at the hospital blue medical tower . This place was amazing . Better than any hospital in America ,if u ask me . It was clean and the room was spacious and private . They took great care of me . I had my surgery same day I arrived in Tijuana. I meet The Dr one time and we spoke briefly. Surgery lasted about a hour .
