I recently visited Dr. Castaneda and Cosmed Clinic in Tijuana, Mexico for gynecomastia surgery and lid surgery. This doctor and clinic are top of the line. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, the clinic clean and modern and the doctor top notch. The work performed beats all expectations that I had and the scarring is near invisible only 5 weeks out. Don't be afraid to go here down in Mexico; I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Dr. Quiroz is the Best! Over the course of 30 years, he has been my surgeon for multiple procedures. I had great results every time.I "trust" my life in his hands. He is honest, frank, and will tell you the way it is.All the staff, from the reception, nurses, and surgery staff are very friendly and the facilities are immaculate .I travel from Canada to Tijuana, Mexico and it is so easy and hassle free. CosMed/Vida arranges for your pick-up at the San Diego Airport and transports you right to the facility. I am 4–5 days post-op from a gastric sleeve procedure in Tijuana at Vida Wellness (Cosmed Clinic) with Dr. Gabriella Rodriguez Ruiz, and the experience has been an absolute breeze. The care was top-notch—better than I’ve received in some facilities in the U.S.—and all instructions were detailed and easy to follow. There’s also an excellent follow-up plan. I paid $4,790 (excluding airfare to San Diego), which included hotel accommodations, a relaxing atmosphere, a complimentary spa treatment the day before surgery, and even a $500 coupon for future cosmetic surgery after weight loss. I give them a 10/10 recommendation.

Llegue al hospital Real San José por urgencia de mi vesícula. Le llamaron al doctor alejandro López y estoy muy agradecida de que él fuera mi doctor. Siempre fue muy atento conmigo y mis familiares. Respondió todas mis dudas y el cirugía me fue súper bien a pesar de que mi vesícula ya venía muy complicada. Y su coordinadora estuvo también siempre muy pendiente de mí y aún seguimos en contacto con cualquiera de mis dudas. 1000/100 súper recomendado

El doctor fue muy paciente y claro al explicar el procedimiento. Siempre atento antes y después de la cirugía. Mi cirugía de manga gástrica fue un éxito, no sentí molestias. Me gustó que hay seguimiento de nutrición. Hasta ahora 4 meses después de cirugía siguen respondiendo mis dudas. he bajado 15kg y me siento renovada
