I returned to them for a second surgery to remove the lower eye bags; needless to say, I had great results; this procedure has positively impacted my confidence. Dr. Ayala and his team made me feel very comfortable. I was very happy with how caring he was explaining the procedure to me. I was very nervous about getting surgery done it was my first surgery ever , I was initially thinking I was just going to have a consult but after speaking with him I ended up having the courage to do it and finally had my Breast Implants with Rhinoplasty on June 2023. Very happy I made that decision!

I cannot warn you enough to NOT VISIT Dr. Joaquin Ayala in Tijuana!!! He only spent about 5 Mins talking to me before my procedure and offered NO info about post-op care except to say to get ultra sound treatments. I was left with one ear lower than the other and when I went back to have him correct it I came out like a Frankenstein patient ! I returned to ask what could be done and he said that it looked normal! So now I have to have surgery done to correct my deformed ear! On

First off, I used Aura Wellness Center, instead of Alice Beauty Clinic. And, their staff was very accommodating and thoughtful - everyone was super nice and considerate, especially Sara and Maria. Sara was the best English speaker there and helped me with everything. Maria was kind, warm, and also a great English speaker. They made it less lonely since I had this journey alone. Through Bookimed, I was assisted by Confidence, she was super thoughtful and checked up on me. She made sure I had connections with my medical coordinator and doctor.

My experience with Dr. Ayala was quite unfortunate... He only spoke with me for about 10 minutes before the surgery and was very reluctant to answer questions afterward when I expressed dissatisfaction with the results of the neck and ear surgery. He mentioned that I could come back in a couple of months for corrections. When I returned, I decided to have an abdominal liposuction at the same time, and again there was a lack of follow-up regarding what I should do, wear, or any other post-operative instructions... Once more, one of my ears was not corrected and looked even worse than before.

The neck lift / chin lipo procedure was much more affordable than what I was quoted in the USA. Better post-op instructions
