I highly recommend Bookimed is just really convenient. The transportation to and from the hotel, hospital and airport went smoothly. Everyone was extremely welcoming and nice. I felt save and comfortable. The nurses were very attentive and my doctor was very humble and informative. Everything went smoothly and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. So don’t worry about coming alone you’ll be alright, everything is really taking care of.
From the moment I started this process with Laura, everything was seamless. All my questions were answered quickly and thoroughly. Any apprehensions I had about seeking care in a different country were not ignored. As I had questions about my surgery, I was able to talk with my surgeon to clarify which surgery would be best for the outcome I hoped for. I flew into San Diego and was met by Laura (transportation)who kept in contact throughout my stay and was wonderful! The clinic staff were kind, welcoming and professional. I am horrible with names otherwise I would give individual shout outs to each of them!!
From the start when getting picked up from the airport, then going to the hospital, & on to the recovery house, & then back to the airport was smooth & organized, the hospital staff was excellent & the recovery house was so comforting & the care was amazing, this was my 3rd visit to Mexico for medical procedures & this was by far the best...
My entire experience was professional with a high level of expertise demonstrated by all members of the medical team creating a successful outcome. My entire experience was professional with a high level of expertise demonstrated by all members of the medical team creating a successful outcome. Everyone that I interfaced with was professional, friendly and supportive. All demonstrated a high degree of expertise. I was satisfied with my entire experience.
Everything was great. I liked how fast the day of surgery , there was no delay . The staff were friendly and no isssues .
I am 4–5 days post-op from a gastric sleeve procedure in Tijuana at Vida Wellness (Cosmed Clinic) with Dr. Gabriella Rodriguez Ruiz, and the experience has been an absolute breeze. The care was top-notch—better than I’ve received in some facilities in the U.S.—and all instructions were detailed and easy to follow. There’s also an excellent follow-up plan. I paid $4,790 (excluding airfare to San Diego), which included hotel accommodations, a relaxing atmosphere, a complimentary spa treatment the day before surgery, and even a $500 coupon for future cosmetic surgery after weight loss. I give them a 10/10 recommendation.
