Todas las instalaciones en perfecto estado y bien acondicionado el hospital para que todos puedan transitar sin problemas desde niños hasta personas de la tercer edad o con uso de muletas, silla de ruedas.
Aunque nunca esperamos estar en un hospital , de tener que estar en uno desearía que fuera en uno como este. Los cuartos para los pacientes parecen un hotel. Muy limpios y cómodos. En la parte baja encontrarás buenas opciones de comida y café para los que se tienen que desvelar o pasar varios días ahí. Excelente el trato de los especialistas.
Best hospital i have ever visited. I am an expat on a short term assignment in Monterrey. I faced some emergency health issues and went to urgent care at this hospital. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Dr. in urgent care "Dr Rocio Aridna" was great and kind. Since i could not speak Spanish, she took me around and got all tests done. She truly went over and beyond her role to help me out.
No me cabe más que felicitar a todo el equipo del Hospital San José, sin duda, el mejor hospital de Nuevo León. Desde el ingreso por urgencias hasta la estancia en el área de ginecología fue impecable. La atención de miembros de seguridad, enfermeras, médicos, internos, residentes, de todos, excelente, uy buenas instalaciones. Quiero extender mi agradecimiento a las enfermeras del piso 4 sección 3 antes, durante y después de mi operación. Sin duda el gran esfuerzo de ellas am…enorizó mi dolor y fue un factor contribuyente a mi recuperación. El peor servicio de toda mi vida en urgencias y en trámites , cero profesionalismo y cero material en cuestión de medicamentos y aparatos para urgencias!!! , ¡ No vayan ! 👎🏻👎🏻
