Excelente médico. Desde la primera atención me sentí muy bien con su diagnóstico y seguimiento. Explica todo de forma clara, es muy amable y transmite mucha confianza. Agradezco especialmente que actuara con criterio y responsabilidad, ya que en lugar de continuar de inmediato con una cirugía, decidió observar la evolución de mi dolor, lo cual me hizo sentir segura y bien atendida. Para mí es importante mencionar el agradecimiento total que tengo con el Dr. Juan Francisco Ortega Puy, por su apoyo incondicional que ha tenido conmigo en todo momento, así como el apoyo que tuve por parte de mis Directores de la empresa para los cuales actualmente trabajo ya que sin ellos y su apoyo tal vez esto no me hubiera sido posible. Me presentó diferentes opciones, desde tratamiento con medicamentos hasta la cirugía, y juntos analizamos cuál era la mejor vía para mí. Eso me dio muchísima confianza.
